This course gives participants the opportunity to explore in more depth how they, as a professional, may be involved in safeguarding. The course will also enable managers and senior staff to develop their knowledge and strengthen their ability to support less experienced staff members. Participants will gain further understanding of national and local safeguarding procedures, ensuring that they feel more confident in their safeguarding responsibilities.
